Here’s how it works. You order an appraisal from us via our website OR phone our office and ask for a Fee Quote. You will be put in touch with our Office Manager or an Appraiser. We will get enough details from you to determine which appraisal form is going to work best for your situation, and then provide you with a quote before proceeding any further. If you decide to place the appraisal order with us, our general turn time for such orders is 1 week Maximum (from the day we actually physically come to the property) for most single family properties. If you have an unusually large property or multiple buildings, specific turn time and fees will be discussed during your phone call. |
